About this session

What we’ll cover

In this webinar, we take a deep dive into dried urine testing for hormones in the context of perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on its utility in hormone replacement therapy. We’ll discuss the differences between, and considerations for testing hormones in the serum, saliva and dried urine before diving into case-based discussions of estrogen, progesterone, androgens, and cortisol.

We’ll cover case vignettes that examine how to use urinary hormone metabolite testing to guide and fine-tune hormone replacement therapy in both menopausal and perimenopausal patients. In addition, we’ll examine cases that go beyond salivary cortisol, using urinary cortisol metabolites to obtain a complete picture for the optimal treatment of the HPA axis and metabolism.

With time for questions, you’ll leave this webinar understanding the meaningful impact dried urine testing has in clinical assessment, and with the confidence to use it efficiently in your clinical practice.
