Real-Time Hormone Monitoring in Clinical Practice

Live Case Rounds with Mira

A full cycle, a real patient, and what the data changed

More than 4,000 functional medicine and women’s health providers are using AI-supported hormone tracking to personalize care. This session skips the product tour: we follow a real case from presentation through three tracked cycles, presented live by the provider who ran it.

Learning objectives

What you’ll be able to do

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Interpret LH, E3G, PdG and FSH across a full cycle, and distinguish ovulatory from anovulatory patterns

Recognize what continuous at-home monitoring catches that single-timepoint serum testing misses, including LH surges and a shortened luteal phase

Follow a real case from presentation through three tracked cycles and see how the data guided each adjustment

Integrate hormone tracking into an existing workflow: ordering, patient onboarding, and reading the provider dashboard

Post-Surgical Pituitary Adenoma: Restoring Cyclic Estrogen Balance Through Targeted DIM Supplementation and Multi-Hormone Cycle Monitoring

Presented by Elizabeth (Liz) Greenfield, RN, MS, IFMCP

A reproductive-age female with a history of pituitary adenoma resection presented with a reversed estrogen pattern, persistently elevated luteal-phase estrogen, and a short luteal phase of about nine days, despite intact ovulation.

What we’ll walk through

  • Prior lab testing had missed her LH surges entirely. Continuous at-home multi-hormone monitoring captured them and confirmed ovulatory function.
  • The intervention combined dietary changes, detox-pathway support, and low-dose DIM at 75 mg.
  • Across three tracked cycles, luteal estrogen moved toward the reference pattern, the luteal phase lengthened to eleven days, and symptoms decreased.
  • Next step: DIM at 150 mg, timed post-ovulation so it does not disrupt ovulation itself.

Please note: results reflect a combined intervention, not DIM alone.
